Thorough design based on property, desires and needs. Submitted to you via e-mail, questions & input are welcomed and appreciated. Will then finalize design and submit to you for implementation. There is an option to end the process at this point, or to hire me to oversee the implementation with either your choice of contractors or mine. This may be done all at once or in stages depending on weather, budget, etc.
